What about having the number of the position you came in the championship from last year, and some Identification of pro, mod or std on the number boards.

This is if you want that number.

well ill be alright in that case given my number last year was 42 lol. Id kindof like to keep my number as much as ive become attached to it as its still on the car etc.

I had to take my number off as I got told off by the local plod who said I shouldnt show the number if I wasnt actually on the track. I think it was just sour grapes as he had also been aiming the speed camera at me and I smiled sweetly as I passed him at 30mph.

as long as you put a cross over the number with tape or something you can still leave have it on public roads.

liz the local plod was wrong, if our series was a MSA event he would have been right but as it isnt theres no law against numbers on your car. Add to that my number is in replacement for MR mcrea's number as the rest of the cars decals replica's are his old x-games car. Just decided to keep my sprint number there instead of his and as bez's link re-iterates it isnt an offence.

Theplod is not always correct, they know what we know and find out, some time they are wrong, but it does give them a reason to pull us over, but if you know you ae right, let them pull, be polite to them, in the best way you can, then give them a race, if they catch you you deserve pulling over,

only joking.
